• What time is check in and check out?
  Check-in time is at 16:00 (4:00 pm). Despite this, the hotel may be able to check you in depending on the availability of rooms. Check-out time is at 12:00 (12:00 pm)
• Can I leave the room late?
  The hotel may authorize a late check-out, on the condition that the guests ask at reception at least 24 hours previous to the check out date. It always depends on the hotel’s availability.
• Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
  You would have to call the hotel beforehand (Tel. 0034 965638146) and at least 24 hours before the arrival date. It will always depend on the hotel’s availability.
• Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
  You would have to call the hotel beforehand (Tel. 0034 965638146) and at least 24 hours before the arrival date. Depending on the different areas of the hotel there might be a supplement (extra cost) if requesting a room with a view.
• Can I cook in the suites?
  Yes, all the suites are equipped a complete kitchen, with an electric stovetop (vitroceramic), microwave, washing machine and sink. The hotel also offers a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Are there non-smoking rooms?
  There are non-smoking rooms available. Please request one when booking.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
  Yes, it works all year round and is free of charge.
• Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
  We have rooms for the handicapped, but we have to say that the extensive surroundings of the hotel makes it difficult for a wheelchair to get around the common areas.

• Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
  We can take care of your luggage free of charge.
• Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
  The hotel has a free of charge exterior parking lot and an interior one at 15€ a night.
• Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
  All common areas have free WiFi and the rooms have paid ADSL and internet on the TV. We also have an Internet Corner (extra charge).
• Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
  We recommend the “Suite de Luxe”; the views make a very special place.
• Where may I rent a car?
  At the hotel reception you can find car rental service, tickets for shows, spectacles, excursions, etc.
• Does the hotel have a beach?
  As the hotel’s name implies we are located on the edge of a cliff, with an almost private access to a miniature bay with crystalline waters where lovers of diving, fishing and outdoor spaces can enjoy this semi virginal paradise. Despite all this, we do not recommend it for children as the way down is very steep and it is open sea. The nearest beaches are Cala de la Merce only 2 minutes away by car and the El Campello beaches only 5 minutes away by car. The hotel offers transportation to these beaches all year round.
